Playing this track in practice mode is recommended!

If you try to enter a singleplayer race on this track you may say that this level is missing AI nodes but I don't see it that way. This track is inspired by the game Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy and with that inspiration come things that are inherently human. Things an AI would not be able to get. Frustration, perseverance and maybe even in the end a sense of victory. It is only designed with humanity in mind. Some would write off a track inherently designed to be frustrating to be just a bad track but I feel those miss the point. Frustration is not a bad thing. Frustration makes the victory in the end feel so much sweeter. Every mistake, every crash and every setback will only make crossing the finish line more worth it. What worth has overcoming an obstacle if you are merely overcoming something anyone could do. Other times this obstacle is other cars to finish in front of or a time to be faster than. But here it is the track itself. And maybe time if you want more afterwards. Originally designed for a trash lego track competition hosted by Zeino i attempted to make a track that as frustrating as possible to drive on. Rotating the entire level 30 degrees, sharp corners everywhere, etc. As I was designing the level I got reminded of when I played Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy for the first time. Quite a nostalgic feeling I might add. It may have not been that long since that game came out but my memories of it are very fond and I have not played it since that initial playthrough. As track design went on it became less and less recognizable as a former lego track leading to only the end being obvious lego pieces. I hope Zeino won't mind. My suggestion for a car to drive this with is actually Phat Slug. On first look you might not think it would be possible but I can assure you it is. But it's not like it's easy with Toyeca either. The song used is Whoops a Doodle by Buddy Weed from 1947 which was also used in the original game.

  1. I do not know why, but I liked this track. It seems unusual due to the lack of AI. Although it has a meaningless atmosphere, but it seems fun. I liked these mazes. I would like to see more similar tracks. Maybe someday I’ll do something like that too. Music: I liked it. It adds a piece of nostalgia to this track.
Edited: Maybe it’s the music from the game that inspired this track. I’ve never played it, so I don’t know.
Edited again: Yes, that’s what the author wrote. I forgot about that. But still, I like this music.
That’s all I wanted to say.
