Yes, more Lancia cars for Re-Volt!!
Ahem... as you know, this car is indeed based on the winning Lancia Delta HF Intergale rally car that won 6 consecutive championships... unfortunately, it was also the last Lancia rally car we saw too. This car behaves exactly like what you'd expect in a real rally car, and it has 5 skins. It also contains a paintkit too.
For some reason I discovered this car only now… Anyway I really enjoy this car, very fun to use and the model very detailed.
However there is one thing I don’t like about the car. The fact that Sardinia has a electric engine is triggering me…I mean, I don’t get it why put an electric instead of a glow engine…In a rally car.
A combination of tight with loose, but this is more on the latter. It’s a pseudo-Humma car which..I fucking love. It’s also in the pro class and would you believe it, very controllble and it looks AMAZING..if it it’s kinda like a brick on wheels. Sorta. For the skins given, the main paintjob and the bonus ones, you have a Martini styled one one a bit more colorful, the default black one, the best one, the yellow one and the best but not least, an Alitalia one with a few cheeky reference, if you know the car ofinspiration for this car – Sega Rally Championship.
How does it handle? It’s all wheel drive so it is stable…hold the steering and you’ll pull into powerslides, you can spin out more easily at lower speeds, especially in offroad surfaces like ice, snow, grass, sand, that stuff. But it’s yet anotheer Pro classed car I genuinely love, I can tell a lot of effort went under this.
Overall, Sardinia, which the name is also based on an actual place where rallies happened too, kinda like Italy in resemblance, maybe – this car rules, and from what I gather, this is not even the best car yet of the trio release. But this is a contender for sure.
Though making this an Electric, over Glow? That’s minor points lost, but only very little.
