Meet Hi-Roller, third place winner and Pemto's rival. This car started as a joke thought, since during that time i was working on the Demo Expansion Pack's KFC TC. After that, the RV25 Anniversary was announced and therfor made it into a real thing for this event. After looking into the steam community market for some cs2 skins i came across one which sparked the idea of a let's go gambling novelty car (part of the reason why there's an alternative skin for the main one). Been fiddling around with some ideas and in the end, here is the final look.
Hi-Roller, as stated above, is truly a competitor towards Pemto. Not only because both cars are based on Nascars, in terms of driving style they share some similarities, yet they still differ. Thanks to yun for his work, Hi-Roller was paramised in the way to keep up with its rival while keeping the RWD nature of the TC car that was based on, NY54, which means you might gonna have a hard time racing in Supermarket 1. Not to mention it is bundled with plenty of skins and some paintkits for your own.
And with that being said, im going to hold a project just like Pemto Pack Project was in which I would highly like you to join, if you want of course. Same rules as PPP, just with a twist. Instead of forcing one single style of head light/tail light/rims/decal placement, you will have full liberty to choose whatever you want as long as your skin will have a number from 1 to 100 (depending on its availability of course) slapped into it as a nascar should. I've provided a couple of paintkits for it, but if you feel brave enough and you have some sparkly ideas you can always do your own look. Sooner I will provide a forum post in which I will give you more info about it. For now, the following numbers are taken: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 07, 08, 10, 22, 26, 27, 50, 54, 55, 58, 60, 66, 69, 70, 90 and 100.
