you could take a look at any car model by importing the car.prm file into blender.
First of all you have to learn the 3D modeling in blender.
Next step is learning to prepare textures for its surface.
At last you have to adjust the parameters.txt which combines all data in game.

how to create a car in blender?
I was a little confused when downloading the Linux version: It isn’t labelled properly and only has a bunch of numbers and symbols :/
It also included just one file. I managed to get it through Blender’s website.
