Blender is a free and open-source 3D computer graphics software toolset.
The software in it's 2.79b version is the most used application when it comes to Re-Volt custom content creation.
It is highly recommended to watch video tutorials to learn how to use Blender 2.79b, if you are not familiar with this software.
After you installed Blender 2.79b, you can use Marv's Blender Plugin to work with the Re-Volt file formats. A tutorial for how to work with the Re-Volt file formats inside Blender can be found here.

My major gripe with this Blender version is that on AMD cards when viewing textures, it is EXTREMELY slow and tedious to work with and there isn’t a fix available for it because they moved on.
Other than that it is a great version. P.S. it is open source and would love it to see it get fixed if someone is good with programming.
