first debuted in Christmas Carnival 2023, Diamond Arrow is a car with the main concept of creating car with the lowest amount of polygons possible, while maintaining a "polished" and "quality" look of modern stock-like RVGL.
this vehicle sits in amateur class with high top speed, low acceleration, good cornering with delayed floaty handling that drains cornering speed. it's a slow ride with inconsistent pacing, yet manages to pull through with its soft suspension and fast top speed.
