Update of an old conversion from december 2010.
.Unified the Advanced and Pro versions into a single folder.
.Modelling and mapping fixes.
.Skin tweaks.
.New orange skin.
.Added a selection of body meshes with or without add-ons or bed
cover shinniness.
.Slight parameter tweaks, such as wheel radius and suspension
stiffness. The pro params now have less static & kinetic
friction, for some understeer. Plus, I've added a second set of
pro parameters with less rear s/k friction and a choice of
normal or lower ride height.
.Added 1.2 custom camera, car stats and shadow.
.New carboxes to choose from. One of them featuring a Tamiya RC
model.
