Can be a bit hectic, for the ultimate racing experienceÌ¢‰€žå¢ I'd recommend lowering the amount of cars a bit or turning off pickups. Unless you like chaos that is. I do :P
Also, it's kinda short. I'd do at least 5 laps. Enjoy!

  1. Textures could be a little bit higher quality, and the track could use few more obstacles as well as differences in raceline but I like it.

  2. At not even quarter of a kilometre, Factory is a fast-paced yet uncomplicated track. Its layout is incredibly simple – you drive around a conveyor belt in a factory of some sorts, presumably manufacturing bottles (or the bottles’ contents). Environment, utilising some of the vanilla models and textures, makes the track fit into base game brilliantly. Whole thing looks very light grey-ish, but that’s exactly what you might expect from a factory, right?

You spend a fair part of the lap navigating 90-degree turns, there’s no hiding it – it’s an industrial site. Only major quirks on the way to the finish are a trip through a footbridge, and the very last section – the loop. And the loop is where you’ll be making most of your mistakes, since its placement and setup differ greatly from what you get used to elsewhere on track.

As Wichilie suggests, you might want to turn off pickups to avoid unnecessary chaos, especially in the higher ranked grids. I’d say it’s an additional option though – not a requirement. It’s a simple and satisfying track, and a one that’s staying in my RVGL copy.

    Pros:
    – Fast and simple layout with a twist
    – Grids stretch fairly easily despite shortness of the lap
    – Just enough pickups to have some fun with powerups

    Cons:
    – The lap could be more varied
    – General lack of obstacles on the raceline
    – Navigational markers could be placed a little better

Recommended car traits: Good acceleration, moderate top speed, straight line stability, responsive and agile steering
