Useless things to know about this car:
    - This car's name means nine
    - This car is based on '1992 Eagle Mark III'
    - This car is designed to be a good AI car, but even if the AI loves this car, if you want to drive it, prepare to have some bad times è.è
    - This car has a lot of references to the number 9
    - This car name and concept was completely different, it was supposed to be called 'CPU 101' (because the car is a good AI opponent) and should have been a black car with a lot of programmation and binary numbers references, the idea got discarded and got merged with the 'number 9 references' idea (there is still a reference to a binary number, which is obviosly the binary rapresentation of the number 9)
    - This car's folder number was supposed to be the fd99 but that was occupied by Dark Atom unfortunately, so both this car and Dark Atom share the same number on the car texture and the same class, but this car's folder number is the number fd144 (fun fact: the sum of those digits is 9)
    - This car is Super Pro class

  1. It makes for a very good AI opponent on certain tracks (ie Museum 2 or Helios) and can match pace or beat a player.

While the parameters are certainly not “fun” to drive with, they work well for AI control and help mask some flaws in Re-Volt’s simple AI while at the same time being strange enough to hinder players from driving it quickly. At the time of writing this, I’m making an AI-focused superpro myself, and it was very tough to design a car that could rival Devyaty without simply being a better clone or blatantly overpowered for human control.
