Gungnir is a heavyweight Super-Pro car specialized in combat endeavors.
Much like Odin's spear, Being well-balanced across the board favors effectiveness in the hands of any kind of racer. The ballast weight does take a toll on its top speed, though. Expect to fall behind in straights.
