Based on one of my favorite hotwheels cars, the Hw Prototype 12. Powered by a mini uranium fueled nuclear reactor, this car can get up to speed fast, while keeping a lightweight profile. Its tradeoff is it's handling, which is normally understeery, but activate a battery and the car will feel like it has no tires at all!
