Remember old Vixen? Feel old yet? I thought it would be a waste to just remove Vixen's original params, before the final rebalance, so I thought of salvaging them. Originally by Kipy, these params used to be OP for advanced and therefore Vixen was moved for a short while in semi-pro, being a limbo car. Kay mostly is a what if scenario of Vixen being in the original game and having a DC counterpart. Have fun.
