It is a simple Lego track with mostly reused textures, spiced up (in multiple senses of the word) with some photographs of a German actress and presenter, and some urls of popular Re-Volt websites of the time (which are barely readable because of poor colour choice). The track is quite decent, and has good length. I’m not a fan of this way to give a track interest, though, and I’m glad it’s pretty rare. :P
