If this is made with Track Editor, then I’m Santa Claus. Jokes aside, there IS some track editor usage, but this looks somewhat extreme, or heavily tweaked with MAKEITGOOD usage. Regardless, this is a surprisingly..decent little track here.
I like the environment even if it’s crude, like a work in progress, abandoned stadium track of sorts. But the one stab in the gut AND heart, two things are gone. Dave, and Re-Volt Race. Man, it hurts so bad.
But hey, maybe you were an Amiga fan, found that ball again, the former being in that lego toy-volt cruise track. White and red checkered ball, for those unaware, infamous for the first 3D tests that the Amiga was capable of pulling.
Because of the track’s name and the images, I supposed that this was a track made for some kind of event at Re-Volt Race. But nope! It’s actually just made by Dave-o-rama, and is not affiliated with RVR. It is an update of a track from 2007, over the tunnel 2.
It’s a pretty cool track, I think! There is no clear theme, but the graphics are nice, and the racing line is fun, especially considering that what you’re driving on are the ceilings of track editor pipes. The races are pretty interesting too, because the AI is good and there are lots of pick-ups.
Fun to play now and then!
