A serious description for a totally not serious 'car'... what is this?
Had the idea for a while after seeing this meme for the first time. Speech bubble is a spinner.
This car HAD to have Toyeca parameters (and even hull) for the sake of extra added memery. And speaking of memery... This 'car' is my first creation to use custom sounds for servo, engine and horn (although the servo and engine are silent, it's still a character, not a car...).
