  1. This track is visually very dark: I had to close my curtain in order to be able to see where to go. It is thematically even darker, though. This is interesting to see in Re-Volt, although not really pleasant.
    This track really shows Kiwi’s craft and artistry, though. Here is an enumeration of some aspects of the track I find genius:
    – The use of direction triggers for captions
    – The absence of pickups except for the global star pills
    – The removal of some of the stock sounds
    – The desorientation in the pipes
    – The apparent crushing by sliding doors following it
    – The hanged Toy World dolls
    – The use of a tv preacher audio sample in such a creepy context
    There’s just so much to this track, even though it was apparently made in four days. Very impressive, although I don’t want to play it too much, because it makes me feel sick!
