Seibu Keisatsu is a skin for Gotolei's S13 Alltune, which I created in 2019.
The skin is based on a die cast model I own, from the Japanese TV-series called 西部警察 (Western Police). However, the car driven in the TV-series is a Skyline, and not a Silvia. But I thought it would look cool on a Silvia as well. :)
