After being kept behind closed doors for many years under tight research and development, the ultimate RC car was complete. Using a super capacitor of unknown origin as it's powerhouse, Spectron is one of the fastest cars on the track. This comes at a price though, which is acceleration. From a dead stop, this car takes forever to get up to speed. But when you get there, you can easily overtake any car in your way. The handling department wasn't overlooked either, as it's four wheel steering can get you around any tight corner with minimal effort.

  1. Beautiful car. Standing out optically, taking a design to the extreme like a proper prototype (flatness + simplicity for the lowest possible aero resistance coefficent). The paint job is super spacey. Sound is great!
Drivingwise the Spectron can be a bit loose and feels like the tires are made out of glass, but it’s fair and every car needs at least some weakness (even the futuristic cars). Acceleration isn’t that bad to be honest, maybe only at the first 0,1 seconds. The flow is excellent, when it gets going.
Hm, it apparently has four-wheeled steering… a nice futuristic touch. Maybe the rear wheels could turn even more, as it’s only slightly noticeable optically.
