It is supposed to be very chaotic, because of the short track with crossings, and the abundance of pick-ups. However, it actually doesn’t work too well. The crossings are rather short, and so it isn’t that likely that you’ll meet someone going the other way there. There are also only pick-ups at the crossings, so the cars don’t actually have weapons all the time.
Thus, I would say the gimmick doesn’t work. The track itself isn’t pretty or interesting to race, either, so I think this one is rather forgettable.
