This car is supposed to be part of the JGPlus Project, so it's supposed to be designed like JG cars (Volken Turbo, AMW, Adeon...).
This car is supposed to be DC counterpart of Deluxe. Deluxe livery is inspired by Toyeca style, hence this car is based on Purp XL for livery.
Since "Purp" in Purp XL sounds like purple, I searched how to say "blue" in a lot of language, because the car is blue. "Zils" means "Blue" in latvian, and it sounds great, so I choose this as a name for my car.
