January 16th, 2025 – Hello, Re-Volters!
It is finally time to reveal the entries of the Secret Santa 2024 event. 10 authors submitted a total of 13 creations across all three contest categories – a lower count than usual, but the rather “experimental” nature of this event’s ruleset likely is the culprit. Again, comments are open – do not hesitate to let us know what you’d like to see in the next contests!

Voting closes on January 23rd at 20 UTC February 15th at 20 UTC. We will then collect the votes and proclaim the winners of the Secret Santa event!

We’ve had that as well while testing the entries, but given it was a random occurrence we left the car as it was. It probably is related to the weird numbers used in the initial part of the parameters – I don’t recall off the top of my head if it was Rating or Transmission, probably the former. The author edited it to say some funny text instead of what the game should pick from, and that can apparently make the game crash – but not every time…
Just in case, we will notify the author as well, if this comment doesn’t reach out to them :)
When I select “Rocketree” my game crashes, idk why.
The theme of the competition for the track category was really original.
Seeing 3 such different proposals with the same racing line is very interesting.
My idea would be a complete hack job, but I would do it for the sake of humor. But still decided not to participate.
