Micro Machines V4 Cars Pack Car Pack Wednesday, 21st June 2023

Hi, was wondering if you had any tricks on dealing with the txd files for MicroMachines v4? I'm trying to start a retexture for the game but i'm stuck with this and haven't been able to find anything that will allow me to open them in any tool. They seem to be locked or in a different format or something. Cheers
